Project Details

A residential dwelling is designed as a two-story house with provisions for two car ports for added convenience. The entire structure is crafted using robust structural timber, employed in all columns, beams, walls, and the roof.
Its foundation is constructed using a combination of pad footings and strip footings, both made of durable concrete,
to guarantee a stable and enduring base for the property.

Structural analysis and design of all structural components such as foundation, floor slabs, beams, columns, and stairs. Complete structural plans such as foundation plan, floor framing plan, roof framing plan, structural details, schedule of beams & columns, general structural notes and material specifications.
