Services Provided

Comprehensive structural services which include detailed calculations and drawings to ensure the integrity and stability of the project. We provide loading analyses for wind, seismic, dead, and live loads, followed by structural analysis and design of essential components: roof rafters with diaphragm sheathing, shear walls with specified stud sizes, spacings, and nailing, floor joists, load-bearing walls, beams supporting large open spaces, lintel beams and headers for openings, concrete slab on grade, wall footings for all shear and load-bearing walls, and pad footings for columns. The structural drawings include foundation and roof framing plans, shear wall layout plans, cross-sectional and longitudinal building views, and typical construction details, notes, and specifications, ensuring alignment with design standards.
