Existing theater is converted to a two-floor level veterinarian establishment to have a total of 13,190 sq.ft. floor area consisting of new additional floor level framing with steel beams and timber floor joists. Retained existing tapered roof beams with additional steel columns extend to the roof to support the additional MEP equipment.
