Services Provided

Comprehensive structural calculations, including loading analyses for wind, snow, seismic, dead, and live loads, as applicable. The structural analysis and design calculations covered all structural components, such as foundations, columns, beams, floor joists/slabs, load-bearing walls, shear walls, rafters/trusses, and steel connections. Additionally, we delivered detailed structural drawings, including a foundation plan, floor framing plans, roof framing plan, shear wall and holdown schedules, and all necessary structural details, notes, and specifications.
