Comprehensive calculations and drawings: loading analyses for wind, snow, seismic, dead, and live loads, alongside detailed structural analysis and design calculations for all components, including foundations, columns, beams, floor joists/slabs, load-bearing walls, shear walls, and rafters/trusses. Structural drawings provided a complete foundation plan, floor framing plans, roof framing plan, shear wall and holdown schedules, as well as all necessary structural details, notes, and specifications to ensure a safe and durable design.
